Your participation in the Creative Pathworks writer’s retreat is subject to terms and conditions, which are set forth at creativepathworks.com/policies-disclosures. Below is only a summary of the key terms and timelines.

 

DEPOSIT. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE. The balance is due 30 days before departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY. All cancellations must be in writing and are subject to the following conditions:

• More than 90 days prior to departure: the deposit paid at the time of booking, less Creative Pathworks’ administrative costs and a fixed cancellation fee of $150 per person, will be refunded.

• Between 89 and 60 days prior to departure: 75% of the amounts paid, less Creative Pathworks’ administrative costs and a fixed cancellation fee of $150 per person, will be refunded.

• Between 30 and 59 days prior to departure: 50% of the amounts paid, less Creative Pathworks’ administrative costs and a fixed cancellation fee of $150 per person, will be refunded.

• Between 0-29 days prior to departure: all amounts paid are non-refundable.

NOT INCLUDED. Airfare, transportation to the meeting point, passport fees, visa and entry fees, extra luggage, airport security charges, travel insurance, tips, laundry and dry cleaning, drinks and meals not mentioned in this brochure as “included in the package”, optional services, gratuities/tips for service paid on a personal basis and other services not described in your itinerary.

DISCLAIMER: Creative Pathworks reserves the right to change any portion of this writer’s retreat program, as necessary. You accept responsibility for the proper conduct of you and your travel party. Creative Pathworks reserves the right to cancel and terminate your booking, or that of any member of your party, due to misconduct.

INSURANCE. All travelers are strongly advised to take out travel insurance for their entire stay. Creative Pathworks does not provide insurance coverage. Your decision to obtain or decline travel insurance must be reflected on the Insurance Declaration Form, and submitted to Creative Pathworks prior to departure.
